The beginning of the holidays!

We had several days of the Thanksgiving holiday this year, starting with Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Since we spent Thanksgiving with my family, we spent Wed. night before with Eric's family. We had dinner there and spent some time hanging out with the uncles. Abby has not seen Eric's brother Andy since June and she has not seen his brother Jeff in a few months either, so she was not sure what to think of them when she saw them at Mimi and Grandpas. She warmed up pretty quick and we had fun with them. Here are some pics of the family on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. Abby even ate some homemade applesauce Mimi made for her.

GO BUCKS!!

A friend of ours has an annual Buckeye Breakfast on the morning of the Ohio State/Michigan Game. We all went to the breakfast yesterday decked out in all of our Buckeye gear. Even the baby was decked out. There were 2 other little kids there that were all dressed up, so we got a cute shot of the 3 kids together. Here is that picture. Also, Eric cooked the bacon, outside on the grill, for the breakfast. There is a picture of him, Frank (his dad) and Dave ( the friend who hosts the breakfast) all cooking outside and looking REALLY chilly. But, they did a good job and Eric makes a heck of a piece of bacon on the grill. Good job!!

Our Exciting Life

Our life has been pretty dull lately, not much really going on. The highlight of our week has been the fact that we got a new dryer yesterday and I spent all day washing/drying clothes (you know you have reached the adult world when you look forward to a new dryer and get REALLY excited when it comes). It was an early Christmas present from Eric;s parents and we REALLY needed it and appreciate it. The only other thing to report is that Abby is now beginning to stand up without any support. If you stand her up and put her hands on the couch or something that she can hold on to and then let her go, she will stand for several minutes on her own. Eventually she gets tired and falls, and of course she can not pull herself up yet, but still she is getting to be such a big girl!!! I can't believe how she is growing. Miss Abigail is 7 months old!!!!!

Yesterday Abby turned 7 months old. I can't believe my little baby is already 7 months old!!! She is getting so big so fast, it is almost unbelievable. Here are some pictures of her on her 7 month birthday.

Happy Halloween!!!

Abby had so much fun at her first Halloween last night. She went around to all of Mimi and Grandpas neighbors houses. She also passed out Candy at mim and Grandpas. She did not actually get any candy since she could not really eat any, but one of the neighbor ladies was nice enough to give her a balloon and she love dit!! We have some great video of her playing with it that I will put on later. I have just a few pictures that I will put on now, I will add much more Halloween fun soon.
