Today was a nice day for a family day, so Eric and I took Abby out to the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Magee Marsh (out by Davis Besse). We walked a lot of the trails and stopped and watched many geese, birds and other wildlife play in their natural habitat. The baby enjoyed it for a while, but by the time hour 2 1/2 came along, she was ready to go home. While we were out there, we took Abby to a little beach area that they have there. The waves were really crashing hard today and she did not like that at all. She did not want to be let down and cried whenever we tried. We were going to try and get some really cute beach pictures with her, but needless to say, that did not happen. However, we did get some cute pictures of her while we were walking. She really did have a good time, but was ready to get out and have some freedom to walk around when we got home. Here are some great pics of her today.

Jona, She is such a doll baby. I love the pictures. Remember when we took her last year to the beach at Old Homested when we had the cottage over there? We played with her in the sand and water - she was so little then. Wish I could have been there with you. Love you all.
jona it is so wonderful that abby has grandpa frank and meme in her life ,we all love her so much but they are close by and they do take up a lot of slack for you guys and that's the way famileys are supposed to do but all are not so blessed so count your blessings love and prayers granny
